I have a new TV show addiction... Can you guess what it is?! Well, it is very obvious. QUEEN OF THE SOUTH! Where has this show been my whole life? If you know me, then you know I'm a TV show fanatic. I love getting my binge on. Who doesn't?

Queen of the South first aired on June 23, 2016. ONE DAY BEFORE MY BIRTHDAY! Why did it take me over a year to watch it? Errrr.

Teresa flees Mexico after her drug-runner boyfriend is murdered. Settling in Dallas she looks to become the country's reigning drug smuggler and to avenge her lover's murder.

Hello, hotness! Peter Gadiot stars as James in Queen of the South. James works for Camila's cartel in Texas as a drug-runner and has worked his way up to be her #2. James is my type of bad boy (minus the drug-runner career). Let me just leave a million pictures of him below for you.

1. Tell us about Ali and Tyler.

Ali is new to L.A. and is trying to find her niche in the big city while striving to become a serious reporter. After celebrating her promotion to field reporter, she finds herself in an awkward position the morning after her first ever one night stand.

Tyler lives life for the moment. As bassist for Devil's Garden he's living the dream and never wants to be tied down...to anything. His dates tend to be a one-night only show, until he meets Ali.


2. How did you come up with the plot for this novel?

 

I love to right about strong independent woman who can't resist the one guy they never knew they wanted. I fell in love with the characters from Blissful Tragedy and wanted to continue their journey into stardom, this time while recording in L.A.


3. What's your #1 favorite thing about Ali?

She never gives up on her dreams.


4. What's your #1 favorite thing about Tyler?

He's tough as nails but has a sweet side he doesn't let show to just anyone.


5. What's something you would like your readers to know about this novel?

 

If you love HOT rockers with hearts of gold who can't resist the one woman who can bring them to their knees, this book is for you. It can be read as a stand alone but is an accompaniment to Blissful Tragedy and Blissful Valentine.
